Stopped by, what a cool concept! Great idea on the book pricing, and love the coffee bar. Spoke to the owner, he was very nice. I can’t recommend this place enough.

some of us like our coffee sweet and strong. this place delivered on both. It’s often quite difficult to find a spot that offers coffee that doesn’t overpower additional flavors and vice versa. I had a iced latte here that put a real pep in my step. always nice to browse the aisles of books while waiting as well.

Quiet and chill atmosphere and absolutely loved the coffee. Index Coffee is a great place to study and has a great book selection. Definitely will come again!

Dined in for the first time today with my partner for her birthday. We enjoyed the Orange Black Sesame (The Spiral) and Honey Tahini Lattes Hot with Oat Milk. The "Aldi of Book Stores" prices are affordable and the environments is very modern. Wide selection, but not a go to for something newer or specific if browsing IMO.

I really love Index. I was visiting Cleveland from Pittsburgh and stumbled on Index after seeking out West Side Market. I went for the books, but will definitely get coffee next time, too! Welcoming, cozy, and quiet atmosphere with lots of books, children through adult. I enjoyed the staff picks and the selection of seasonal children’s books. I left with three books from the Staff picks, as well as a book on quilting, which is something I’m looking to learn! All for $28… The barista and cashier were friendly. I can’t wait to visit again.

Very cute bookstore. We only came to browse and grab some tea, so we didn’t buy any books. The selection was interesting! I believe there was something for everyone. We had the shark week tea which was a nice blend. (4.5/5). A great spot to get some work done and be surrounded by the wonderful smell of paper, ink and coffee.

Index amazed me today. I was not expecting this experience. I thought it would be the average coffee shop, but to my surprise, there were books everywhere. I ordered a cinnamon spice latte. It was creamy and delicious. Easy to drink and to relax. The atmosphere is one of a kind. It was spacious and relaxing. I could sit there for hours. The staff was excellent; he talked to us about the store's history and how they remodeled it. I will return, and this will probably be my regular shop. Thanks for having me. They were super friendly, and I don't think that I have ever had such a good quality mocha in as little time as it took them to make it. The atmosphere was cozy, and the drinks were very inexpensive. Definitely a place worth supporting!

Index is one of the coziest spots in Cleveland. They make a really good pour-over, and my absolute favorite is Shark Week tea. They also have a good variety of baked goods, our top pick is the peanut butter cookies. I’ve also enjoyed browsing and buying from their solid book collection, and their prices are very reasonable. I believe there was a discount when I made my purchase, but I can’t remember exactly how much it was. We were honored to meet the owner, Austin, and the staff are all incredibly friendly.

True coffee shops have pour overs, and this has a good one. 😊 I loved the large selection of books as well. Great place to relax.
